He is survived by: his wife Pamela Goodman Hogue; his daughters, Staci Green (Matt), Jill Phillips (Phil) and Alana Mitchell (John); his grandchildren, Summer (Case Green), Baylor (Greer Phillips), Makensey Hogue and Jack (Josh Mitchell); and his brother-in-law Billy Goodman (Peggy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
