It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Daughtry Veasey of Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Wanda Daughtry has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Tonis Daughtry and Tony Veasey; and her sons, Tonis Wayne Daughtry, Jr. and Brett Woodham Daughtry. She is survived by: her daughter FaLisa Daughtry; and her stepsons, Clint Veasey (Robin) and Brandon Veasey. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M. L. K. Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Antioch Cemetery (19588 Enoch Rd, Andalusia, AL 36421).
