He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Carroll, Sr. and Vivian W. Carroll; and his brother David A. Carroll. He is survived by: his brother Andrew B. Carroll of Tuscaloosa.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M L King Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Andalusia.
