He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis Brooks "Bootie" and Melba Frances McCarthy Brooks; his former wife Sheila Brooks; and his wife Sandra Brooks. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelina Munoz (Nicolas) of Georgia and Casey Ziglar (Justin) of Andalusia; his grandchildren, Isabella Munoz, Olivia Munoz, Melina Munoz of Damion, Payton Brooks and Caleb Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Greyson Brooks, Oliver Pabst, Damion Osteen and Jade Osteen.
