He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Hensley; his daughter Tracy Hensley; and his parents, Otis Hensley and Edna Smith Hensley. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Hensley (Lesley) of Andalusia, AL, Jeannie Hensley of Oklahoma and Kathy Woodham (Joey) of Andalusia, AL; his grandchildren, Kevin Hensley, Landrey Hensley, Jessica Ecoffey, Shawn Rhodes, Jr., Brittany Rhodes, Kaylee Rhodes, Charles Ecoffey, Garrett Bess and Aaron Blackwell; and his sister Patricia Qualls of Florida.
