He is survived by: his wife Virginia Franklin Wiggins of Andalusia; his brother-in-law Hayward Franklin of Andalusia; and his siblings, Ronald L. Wiggins (Margaret) of Conecuh County, AL, William (Bill), Ben J. Wiggins (Sopak) of Frisco City, AL and Dixie E. Wiggins Bedsole (Austin) of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
