He is survived by: his wife Mary Locklier; and his children, Jason Locklier and Lorie Flanegan. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
