She is survived by: her husband Ray Head; her siblings, Leon Parrish, Kathriena Hancock (Danny), Carolyn Price (Jimmy), Ralph Parrish, Marston Parrish (Lisa) and Scott Parrish (Teresa); her stepchildren, Tayna Mathis (David), Katrina Pruett (Kenny), Steven Head (Annette) and Sonya Cone (David); and her grandchildren, Jack Mathis, Katie Head and Caroline Head. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
