He is survived by: his children, Alan Thompson (Becki) and Lisa Warden (Harry); his sister Susan Rowan (Ray); his grandchildren, Christy Howard (Jeff), Dustin Warden (Vanessa), Megan Perkins (Derick), Anna Warden, Haley Slifko (Jake), Paris Wall (Dylan) and Samuel Crandall; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Allyson, Callie, Rowan and Murphy.
