He is survived by: his wife Betty Thomas; his daughters, Kristina Taylor and Danielle Owens McDowell; his grandchildren, Jordan Thomas, Allyson Thomas, Hayden Thomas, Michael McDowell, Ethan Taylor and Savannah Taylor; and his brother Joseph White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
