He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Duke and Eudelma Prance Duke; and his son Brandon Duke. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Amy Butler; his son-in-law Dr. Bobby Butler; and his granddaughters, Heather Sheets and Dr. Jennifer Carter. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Wounded Worriers Project.
