We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2022, at the age of 75, Jimmy Ray Dyer of Altoona, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. J. D. Dyer and Geraldean Dyer; his sister Sandra Faye Dyer; and his former wife Patricia Dyer. He is survived by: his wife Judy Dyer; his children, Scotty Ray Dyer (Rena), Adam Jay Dyer, Tammy Strong (Jeff), Angie McGinnis and Eric Snead (Monica); and his sisters, Carolyn McCay (Richard) and Mary Suddath (Butch). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
