He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Hopper and Iva Hopper; his brother Robert Hopper; and his parents-in-law, Charlie and Flora Rhoades.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Rhoades Hopper; his children, Kevin Hopper and Tressa Bryant (Ben); his sister Virginia Cash (Roy); his grandchildren, Charlie Hopper (Lindsey), Kenny Hopper (Megan), Kearin and Cayden Bryant; his great grandchildren, Colton, Laurel and Levi Hopper; his sister-in-law Cathy Hopper; and his brother Freddy Keener.
