He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his sons, Jax and Logan; his grandfather Jerry Collins of Howelton, AL; his mother Tammy Martin (Chris); his siblings, Isaiah McWhorter, Lucas Newsome, Christopher Anderson and Jessica Newsome; his aunts, Sherry Logan (Matthew) and Lisa Potapowicz (Walter); and his in-laws, Tommy, Martha Gibbs, Joey Gibbs and Brad Gibbs (Laura).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made at The Exchange Bank of Alabama to a Memorial Fund in honor of Jeffery to help the family cover funeral expenses and bills.
