It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Gattis (Altoona, Alabama), who passed away on August 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Nix and Rosa Nix; her siblings, Thelma Dee Manual (Claude), Brittain (George) and Paul Nix; and her niece Gloria Manual Kouyeas.
She is survived by: her son Doug Gattis; her daughter-in-law Charlotte Gattis; her great grandchildren, Paul Gattis, Tammy Gattis, Bill Gattis, Jeri Gattis, Michael Gattis and Christy Gattis; her sister Dot Vance; her niece Patti Manual Fitzgerald (Ray); and her nephews, Ronny Vance (Jennifer), Tom Kouyeas and Marion Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
