It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Annette Dixon of Altoona, Alabama, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dixon; her children, David Howell and Brandy Allen (Jason); and her mother Mary Walton. She is also survived by eight siblings, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
