She was predeceased by: her husband John Grady Cook; and her parents, Raymond Walker and Lessie Walker. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Cook (Michelle) and Tim Cook (Claire); and her grandchildren, Eric, Caroline and Andrew Cook.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (5850 Sardis Rd, Boaz, AL 35956). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
