He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wright Bynum; his children, Billie Sue Thompson (Gary) of Altoona, David Bynum of Gadsden and Rosemary Smith (Don) of Daphne; his grandchildren, Mark Thompson (Pam), Amber Bynum, Michelle Batson (Dennis), Paul Thompson (Joy Catheryn), Brandon Bynum (Haley) and Chris Franklin (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Bryan Garber, Annamarie Thompson, Adeline Harper, Elisha Batson and Weller Lee Franklin.
