He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wesson and Mavies Wesson; and his siblings, Ralph, Frank, Lowell, Wallace Wesson, Vera Therin, Louise Martin, Marie Boone and Glennie Blalock Wesson.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Ray (Ronnie), Marvin Earl Wesson Jr. (Marilyn) and Sheree Rayfield (Pete); his grandchildren, Ron Ray (Michelle), Mike Wesson (Melissa), Brandy Bocchino (Chris), Jeremy Ray (Lora) and Darby Baird (Seth); his great grandchildren, Rhoni Ray, Anna Ray, Marley Wesson, Maggie Wesson, Makayla Hatcher, Abby Bocchino, Kendall Bocchino, Reagan Ray, Taylor Ray, Ruthie Grace Baird and Mike Wesson Jr.; and his siblings, Clyde Wesson and Johnnie Ruth Edmondson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Building Fund, First United Methodist Church , Childersburg, Alabama or the Alzheimer's Organization.
