We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 64, Rita L. Payne of Allen, Alabama, born in Jacksonville, Alabama passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lively and Callie Lively; and her brother Bobby Lively. She is survived by: her husband Allen Payne; her sons, Robert Payne (Amy) and Brian Payne (Shera); her grandchildren, Brianna Payne, Brooklyn Payne, Bobby Payne, Chloe Payne, Hayley Payne and Blakely Payne; her sisters, Sandra Sams, Wanda Parris and Donna Lively; and also Mark Walker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with the state-mandated health order, guests are kindly asked to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
