She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Winston; her parent L. B. Middleton; her brother Buster Middleton; her grandson Jeremy Sultzbach; and her mother Madelyn Hardy Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Winston Howell (Jeff) and Keith Winston (Nikki); her sister Dale Noland (Sonny); her grandchildren, Jessica Sims (Tyler), Erica Shelton (Nick), Clay Gates (Shea), Kayla Lyons (Colby), Kendall Manning (Luke), Taylor Gates, Jarrett Winston (Sierra), Riley Winston, Justin Williams (Christy), Noah, Madeleine Howell, Brooklyn Moore and Mackenzey Bowen (Brade); and her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Rebecca Sims, Riley, Blake Shelton, Henry, Bennett Gates, Dallas Lyons, Saylor Grace Manning, Baby and Bowen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
