Though Tracy Allen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tracy Allen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Helen Allen and Frances Shock. She is survived by: her husband Travis Harper; her children, Charles Brackett and Olivia Hurst (Madison Heath); her parents, Billy Allen and Charlsie Allen; and her siblings, Ricky Phillips, Mike Phillips, Sheila Wells, Darrell Laney and Penny Dickson.
