She is survived by: her sons, Rayton Worthy (Lori) and Blake Worthy (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jessica Hall (Seth), Jessica Gallahar (Clint), Brianna Kirby (Alex), Brooklyn Worthy, Walker Worthy and Amber Rooks; her great grandchildren, Blakelee Gallahar, Connor Gallahar, Layton Hall, Collins Hall and Knox Hall; her siblings, Rhonda Haynes (Phillip), Donald Haynes (Susan) and Ronald Haynes (Kem); her nephew Dustin; and also Lori. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
