She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clayton and Mary Clayton; and her siblings, James, Harry, Earl, Stell, Margaret and Sue.
She is survived by: her husband Lenn Costner Sr.; her children, Lenn Costner Jr. (Jenny) and Robert Costner (Amy); her grandchildren, Kelly Patterson (Hal), Clay Costner (Jordan) and Tyler Costner (Karmon); and her great grandchildren, Tripp Patterson, Landry Patterson, Lynley Costner, Charlotte Costner and Norah Costner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Church of St. Michael and All Angels.
