She was predeceased by: her mother Leedale Long Brown; her sons, Jerry Lynn Hicks and Patrick Ray Hicks; and her sisters, Glenda Ray Noah and Shirley Stone.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ronald Hicks; her daughter Tina Hicks McPherson; her grandchildren, Sherry Wells, Crystal Well, Tesla Lockridge, Danny Lockridge, Michael Hicks and Leeann Hicks; her great grandchildren, Eli Lewis, Grace Levins, Jerimah Lockridge, Carson Hicks, Rayland Hicks and Ava Hicks; and her close friend Mary Knight. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church - Glencoe. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
