He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hershel and Linda Kay Womack. He is survived by: his wife Allison Womack; his children, Mark Anthony Womack (Daphne), Christopher Calvin Womack (Veronica), Jake Brian Kelley (Chelsea Haggard), Kendyl Michelle Rutkowski (Dallas Wade) and Tristan Jay Ryan; and his sister Kendra Zapata. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, including a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
