He is survived by: his wife Judy Brooks; his daughters, Kelly Brooks Brown and Haley Brooks Carroll (Ricky); his mother-in-law Frances Morgan; his grandchildren, Christian Jacob Carroll (MaKayla), Richard Riley Carroll, Brianna Michelle Brown and Brennan Patrick Brown; his great grandchild Hadlee Clara Carroll; and his siblings, Sandra Kay Phillips, Charles Glenn Brooks (Linda), David Earl Brooks (Kaye) and Kevin Buck Brooks (Regina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
