He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ford Mayo; his daughters, Karyn Duncan (Jeremy), Christy Yocum (Chris) and Benita Sawyer (Dave); his grandchildren, Libby, Layla Duncan, Cy, Colby Yocum, Tyler Sawyer and Camrea Johnson (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Rease and Halle Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
