He is survived by: his wife Theresa Worthy; his sons, Rayton Worthy (Lori) and Blake Worthy (Amanda); his sister Dana Woolf; his grandchildren, Jessica Hall, Jessica Gallahar, Brianna Kirby, Brooklyn Worthy, Walker Worthy and Amber Rooks; and his great grandchildren, Blakelee Gallahar, Connor Gallahar, Layton Hall, Collins Hall and Knox Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
