He was predeceased by: his father David Carroll Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Reagan Carroll; his mother Pat Carroll; his siblings, Lynn Baker (David) and Shane Carroll (Katie); and his nieces, Danielle Baker, Miranda Baker and Natalie Carroll. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
