It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Faye (Martin) Smitherman (Alexandria, Alabama), who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Smitherman; and her father James E. Martin. She is survived by: her sons, Rodney (Rhonda) of Alexandria, Roger (Dawn) of Alexandria and Greg of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Nichole (Jimmy), Chelsea (Nathan), Chance (JJ), Brooklyn, Cody, Chase, Seth (Makaylee) and Will; her great grandchildren, Haylynn and Stella; and her mother Era Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
