She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sylvester Shadrick and Frances Sacks Shadrick; and her son Angel Gaona. She is survived by: her children, Christina Hernandez, Theresa Kent, Nicholette Gaona and Richard Colby; and her grandchildren, Lisa Morgan (Brandon), Michael Pennington, David Hernandez, Angel Hernandez and Cody Kent. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
