He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Jones and Mary Sue Jones; and his siblings, Edward Eugene Jones, Denson Jones, Homer Lynn Jones, Mary Elizabeth Jones and Gailya Sanford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Yates Jones; his daughters, Lacrecia Kay Thomas (Edward) and Michelle Moon (Ed); his grandchildren, Cairisti Britton (Derrick Pickett), Mirandy Kate Britton, Michette Adale Moon (Tiffany), Sarah Melinne Mancinelli (Mike) and Vivian MeKae Moon (JC); and his brothers, Paul Jones (Romonia), Donald Jones (Linda) and David Jones. He is also survived by his family immeasurably and adored his girls and grandchildren.
