He is survived by: his wife Anna Middlebrooks of Alexander City; his daughters, Mary Jane Middlebrooks of Alexander City and Melanie Elizabeth Veazey (Tommy) of Alexander City; his sister Laura Aubele of Montgomery; his niece Brenda Slaven of Merritt Island, FL; and his nephews, Johnny Cannaday (Louanne) of Arlington, VA, Don Zabriskie (Beth), Plantation and Douglas Zabriskie of Vestavia Hills.
