He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Williams and Bertha Lane Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Todd Williams, Sr. (Candy) of Spanish Fort and Kimberly W. Powell (Steve) of Alexander City; his grandchildren, Lynlee Nicole Nichols (Cooper), James Bradley Powell, J. T. Williams, Palmer Williams and John David Williams; and his great grandchildren, Warren Nichols and Riley Nichols.
