He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Harris and Marie Embry Harris. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Harris of Alexander City; his children, Alyson McKenzie (Mac) of Alexander City, Robb Harris (Karen) of Alexander City and Scott Harris (Allison) of Lagrange, GA; his grandchildren, Beth Haynie (Robbie), Brooke McKenzie, Tanner Cheaney (Chase), Taylor Harris, Sidney Harris, Eli Harris, John David Stroud, Spencer Stroud, Wilson Stroud and Christie Benish (John); and his brother John W. Harris (Laura). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
