She is survived by: her children, Stacy Bellinger (Harold), Ashley Morgan Gilbert (Sara) and Joseph Gregory Gilbert; her grandchildren, Tyler Gilbert and Maci Hoover Gilbert; her brother Tony Worthington (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Amy Whitley (Chris), Jay Worthington (Frances), Mallory Yates, Nathan Yates (Ashley) and Parker Yates (Lizzy); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Yates and Doug Gilbert.
