He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Maxwell Tinsley and Annie Mae Thornell Tinsley; and his siblings, Max Tinsley and Bobbie Jean Penton. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Smith Tinsley of Alexander City; and his daughter Suzanne Tinsley Matthews (Neal) of Tucker, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
