He is survived by: his son Cody Ryan Cleveland; his grandchild Malakai Cleveland; his brother David Cleveland; his nephew Wesley Cleveland; his cousins, Hannah Hester, Taylor Maeson Hester, Marisa Lawley (Ken), Linda Dunaway and Michael Cleveland; and also, Cody and Denise Bates. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
