She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Percy Kelly, Sr. and Jean Hamm Kelly; and her sister Kathryn Jane Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Kelly Oliver Hill (Glenn), Bill Oliver, Jr. (Kim) and Brad Oliver (Felicia); her siblings, Livy Kelly Masters (Tim) and Darwin P. Kelly, Jr. (Myra) of Maitland, FL; and her grandchildren, Hannah Oliver, Elizabeth Oliver, Oliver Hill, Samuel Hill, William Hill, Lexy Oliver and Brooke Oliver.
Social distancing guidelines and masks will be observed.
