She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Weller. She is survived by: her mother Velma Kutcher Weller; her husband John Michael Howard; her children, James Howard (Cynthia) and Rebecca Howard; and her siblings, Tommy Weller (Mary Jo), Peggy Coley, Greg Weller (Kitti), Deborah Lantz (Jay) and Jeffery Weller (Jennie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
