He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Myron Stewart and Alma Mills Stewart; and his brothers, Maxwell Stewart, Laslie Stewart and Percy "Junior" Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Tisdale Stewart; his children, Nancy Stewart Peterson (Phil) and Ashley Tisdale Stewart (Paulette); his grandchildren, Ashley Stewart (Puneet), Sean Stewart (Nicole), Grant Adams, Andrew Adams (Joy) and Angel Adams Moon (Tobias); his great grandchildren, Meena Anne Stewart, Carter Adams, Eli Adams, Addison Whitt and Brayden Whitt; and his nephews, Thomas Wells (Lee), Jaye Wells (Stovie), Dale Wells, Ken Stewart (Lynn) and James Stewart (Carla).
