She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Spivey and Earnestine Wood Spivey. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy L. Day; her brothers, Rickey E. Spivey and Curtis R. Spivey; her grandmother Onie Woods; her son Demetries N. Spivey; her stepmother Betty Vines of Sylacauga, AL.; her brother Frederick L. Spivey (Montresea); her daughter Arshonda M. Spivey (Justin); her stepsons, Cornelius A. Russell and Jamie Colvin; her grandchildren, Jason L. McElrath, Jr., Shacarra M. Benson and Cur; her nephew Frederick D. Spivey of Alexander City, AL.; her goddaughter Ashlea Fernandez; and her close friends, Benjamin, Linda Russell of Alexander City, Ala and Pastor Mary Fernandez of Millbrook. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
