He was predeceased by: his father Edward Wayne Johnston. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Jane Lewis Johnston; his wife Kimberly Gail Johnston; his son Harley Wayne Johnston; and his stepchildren, Heather Vickers (Eric) and Kevin Headrick (Paige). He is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
