She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Willie Mae Thomas and Big; her mother Pearl Lee Long; and her parents-in-law, Lucious and Dorothy Gregg.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Johnson (Big Daddy Joe Lee Long) of Goodwater, AL; her husband Maurice Gregg; her children, Jeffery Thomas (Jenny) of Coosa County, AL, Shanquilla Thomas (Ahmad) of Alexander City, AL, Oberion Thomas of Alexander City, AL, Samuel Thomas of Alexander City, AL and Maureshia Austin (Trey) of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Jess'ton Thomas, Cornelius Thomas, Cassidy Thomas, Amoree Jackson, Rashad Varner, Jaedin Varner, Kenya Thomas, Samaya Austin, Justice Thomas, Cayden Thomas, Trejen Austin, Ca'Niyah Varner and Jaxon Thomas; her siblings, Dorothy McKinney of Kellyton, AL, Vanessa Owens (Ricky) of Coosa County, AL, Emily Long of Birmingham, AL and Keith Thomas (Pamela); her siblings-in-law, Denise Gregg, Diane Harrell, Dorothea Gregg, Donna Crosby, Elizabeth Gregg of Birmingham, AL and Lucious Gregg of Birmingham, AL; and her brothers, Adronicus Bam Thomas and Stanley Thomas.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Style Baptist Church (294 Co Rd 20, Equality, AL 36026).
