She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, L. E. Long and Dewey Long; her son Aubrey Scarbrough; her siblings, Betty Jo Wyskida and J. W. Long; her husband Lewis Scarbrough of Rockford; her daughter Denise; her son-in-law Tom Nelson; her granddaughters, Elise Laurie Nelson and Celeste Sophie Nelson; and her brother Dan (Glenda Long). She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews.
