She is survived by: her husband Herman Royce McGowan of Alexander City; her children, Eric McGowan of Calera and Misha McGowan; her stepsons, Jesse Cole-McGowan and Rick Cole; her granddaughters, Bonnie Canary and Tonya McGowan; her brothers, John Steverson (Charlene) and Wayne Steverson (Sandra); and her great grandchildren, Blake, Samantha, Kyler, Madison, Sammy, Pryscila and Kaelyn.
