She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martinez and Geneva Medina Martinez; her daughters, Mae Dean Tapley and Melinda Foremsky; her grandson Thomas Michael Butler; her great grandchild Brayden Yates; and her siblings, Mary Martinez, Katie Martinez, Bernice Martinez, Tommy Martinez and Carl Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Lia Veronica Butler (John Earl McWhorter), Jimmy Lee Butler and Marion John Butler (Kitty Heinz); her grandchildren, Justin Chase Estes (Tiffany), Brittany Butler Thornton (Corey), Chris Yates, Tabitha Dawn Butler (Jonathan Denis), Jason Lynn Tapley and Nathan Todd; her great grandchildren, Amberlyn Grace Butler, Harlen Gage Butler, Tyler Tapley, Dillon Tapley, Hayden Tapley, Ainsley Estes, Olivia Estes, Marley Yates and Chanel Yates; her sister Lorraine Martinez; and her pet Shadow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to Radney Funeral Home is assist with funeral expenses.
