He is survived by: his grandson Hunter Baker; his children, Danice McAlister Baker (Rodney) of Alexander City and Scott Ira McAlister (Laura) of Birmingham; his grandson Robert Hunter Baker; and his siblings, Elmer McAlister (Ann), Frank McAlister (Geneva), Avery McAlister (Sybil), Lou Wilson (Ted) and Shirley Pearce (Lewey). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
