He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Joseph Sr. and Bertha Mary Duncan (White); his wife Beverly Ann Duncan (Robbins); his stepson Robbie Wallace; his daughter-in-law Ramona Wallace; his grandson Keith McGogney; and his siblings, Emery Joseph Jr., Bertrum Ellsworth, John Lee Duncan, Betty Jean Holiski (Duncan) and Mildred Florence Meyers (Duncan).
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Duncan; his stepsons, Brian Duncan (Paula) and Michael Wallace; his grandchildren, Maxwell Sanderford, Kimberly Sanderford, Heather Graben (Dustin), Van Duncan (Melissa), Amanda Miller and Richard B. Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Allen McGogney, Taylor Graben, Maddison Graben and Amy Wendell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the River of Life Worship Center (1715 Tallapoosa St, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
